Your mandates on SwissOwners automatically
For M&A advisers, fiduciaries and succession advisers: publish your sale and capital mandates via CSV file or feed – without entering each listing by hand. We personally review every mandate, and investors receive it via Deal Alert.

An Excel file or an automatic feed from your system is enough. New mandates are created, changes applied, finished ones removed.

How it works

Create partner profile
If you don't have one yet: create a profile in the partner directory. The import is available once it is approved.

Fill in the template
One row per mandate with your mandate number, title, description, industry, canton, key figures and company name.

Upload or feed
Upload the file in "My area" → Partner – or provide a feed address that we fetch daily.

Review and publication
We personally review every mandate. Then it goes online, "represented by" your partner profile.

First row with the column names, then one mandate per row. Required fields are marked.
The sample file contains three completed mandates: a full sale with succession, a minority stake and a capital raise. Open it in Excel, replace the examples with your mandates and save it again as CSV.

Automatic feed
Provide a CSV or JSON file at a fixed address (https), for example from your CRM. We fetch it daily and synchronise: create new mandates, update changed ones, end missing ones. JSON: a list of objects with the same column names.

What does the import cost?
During the beta, importing is free for partners. All imported mandates start with the launch offer (3 months free) and together take up only one of the free slots – whether you import 5 or 50 mandates. We are happy to discuss terms for partners with many mandates in person.
Do my mandates stay confidential?
Yes. Company name and UID are hidden. Only industry, region and key figures as ranges are public. Interested parties sign a confidentiality declaration, and you decide who learns the company name.
Who receives the requests?
The person who runs the import or set up the feed – by email and in "My area". The listing shows "Represented by" with your partner profile.
How do I change or end a mandate?
Upload the file again with the same mandate number (ref) – changed details are applied and reviewed again. With "End mandates missing from the file" or with a feed, missing mandates are ended automatically.
Can I use Excel?
Yes. Fill in the template in Excel and save it via "Save as" as CSV (semicolon separated). Commas and tabs as separators are recognised too.
